In-stock items are delivered within 1–8 Business days.
For out-of-stock items, please contact us for the expected delivery time.
Warehouse Collection
Prefer to collect in person? You can pick up your order directly from our warehouse — and enjoy a 10% discount as a thank you.
Free Delivery Thresholds
Netherlands: Free delivery on orders over €100. Orders under €100: a €9.95 delivery fee applies.
Belgium: a flat €49 shipping fee applies, regardless of order value.
Tracking & Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery. Our partners will contact you if a new delivery attempt is required.

Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel it.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery.
- Return delivery fee: €59
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your returned items, refunds are processed within 10–14 working days.
