In-stock items are delivered within 10–12 working days.
Out-of-stock items will display the estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.
Warehouse Collection
Prefer to collect in person? You can pick up your order directly from our warehouse — and enjoy a 5% discount as a thank you.
Free Delivery Thresholds
Netherlands: Free delivery on orders over €100.
Belgium: Free delivery on orders over €1,000.
Netherlands orders under €100: €9.95 delivery charge applies.
Tracking & Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery. Our partners will contact you if a new delivery attempt is required.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery free of charge, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery.
- Return delivery fee: €59
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your returned items, refunds are processed within 10–14 working days.
