Shipping, Returns & Exchange
What are the delivery costs?
We offer free delivery in the Netherlands on orders over €100.
Orders below this amount are charged a €9,95 delivery fee.
Please note: Delivery to the Waddeneilanden and Belgium is always subject to a €9,95 shipping fee, regardless of order value.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
Currently, we ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Expansion to more EU countries is coming soon.
Will I receive a tracking number once my order ships?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and a Track & Trace link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Can I return my item?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items can be returned within 28 days, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned. If the original packaging is damaged or missing, a fee of €50–€100 may apply depending on the product size.
Can I track my returned item?
Yes, once your return is initiated, you'll receive tracking details to monitor its progress back to our warehouse.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Contact us at Care@huisvanmango.nl with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
Are there any return costs?
Return shipping costs €59 and is at your expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the return shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, changes are no longer possible — you will need to request a return instead. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
I have a complaint. Where can I submit it?
Please reach out via our contact form or email at Care@huisvanmango.nl with your order number and details. We take all feedback seriously.
Where can I check the status of my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 10–14 business days after we receive your returned item. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s completed.
